Faith-integrated, not faith-adjacent
Scripture guides our counsel, prayer frames our decisions

“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17
We believe real growth happens when peers ask honest questions and speak truth in love. We challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and refine each other’s thinking.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… he will make straight your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5-6
We bring every decision under God’s leadership, not just our own logic. Kingdom purpose guides our priorities, strategies, and pace.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God… and it will be given to him.” — James 1:5
We combine prayer, peer counsel, and clear thinking to make confident decisions. No one carries big choices without trusted counsel here.

“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only.” — James 1:22
We don’t just talk about vision—we set dates, declare next steps, and follow through. Accountability is a gift that helps us do what God has placed on our hearts.

“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’” — Matthew 25:21
We steward what God has entrusted to us—relationships, opportunities, resources—so they grow and compound for Kingdom impact.

We’re a peer advisory community, not a coaching program. There’s no guru at the front of the room. Instead, you’re surrounded by peers who are walking similar paths, facilitated by someone who keeps the conversation focused and productive. The wisdom comes from the collective experience in the room, guided by faith and The Foundry Four framework.
Local Colorado chapters are designed for established business owners, typically 3+ years in business, leading a team, and on a high-growth trajectory. If you’re earlier in your journey or located outside Colorado, Foundry Online is an excellent starting point with the same faith-centered framework and peer advisory model.
We currently serve Christian business owners in Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs, and surrounding Colorado communities. Can’t attend in person? Foundry Online serves business owners nationwide.
Local Colorado chapters meet monthly for 4 hours. Foundry Online includes two monthly calls (60-90 minutes each) plus optional access to our member hub and resources. You control how deep you engage.
Yes. The Foundry is built for Christian business owners who want faith to inform their leadership. Our conversations are grounded in Scripture, our decisions are filtered through Kingdom values, and our community prays together. If that resonates with you, you’ll fit right in. Read our full statement of faith here.
We offer a “Sharpen or Step Away” guarantee. If you don’t experience meaningful improvement in your business or spiritual life after active participation for 6 months, you can cancel anytime no questions asked (60-day notice of cancellation required). We’re confident in our process, and we want you to be too.
Local groups typically include 8-12 members, curated by industry, business stage, and geography within Colorado. Online groups are slightly larger but follow the same Foundry Four framework. Every group is led by a trained facilitator who ensures productive, focused conversations.
Show up prepared. Protect confidentiality (every member is required to sign an NDA). Engage with humility and candor. Bring real decisions and challenges to the table. Follow through on commitments. Invest in your peers through introductions, referrals, and resources. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
Absolutely. Some members start with Foundry Online and transition to local Colorado chapters as their business scales or they relocate. We’ll help you make that move when you’re ready.
